摘　　要：目的总结和探讨眼、唇、鼻、耳等特殊部位的婴幼儿血管瘤的临床特点和治疗方法,评价尿素局部注射治疗婴幼儿特殊部位血管瘤的疗效。方法回顾分析河南省人民医院2009年1月—2011年12月婴幼儿特殊部位血管瘤167例的临床和随访资料,所有患儿均采用局部注射尿素方法治疗。结果随访1-4.8年,平均随访1.4年。167例患儿中146例（87.4%）治愈,好转21例（12.6%）。无严重不良并发症。结论局部注射尿素方法操作简单、疗效肯定,副反应少,值得推广应用。Objective To review the characters of infant hemangiomas at peculiar region and to evaluate the therapeutic effect of carbonyldiamide local injection. Methods From Jan. 2009 to Dec. 2011,167 cases with peculiar site hemangiomas in infancy were treated by injecting carbonyldiamide. The clinical and follow- up data of all cases were retrospectively analyzed. Results The mean follow- up period was 1. 4 years（range： 1 year- 3. 8 years）. 146（87. 4%）cases of 167 patients with hemangiomas at peculiar region were cured,and the other 21（12. 6%） cases showed improvement. No serious adverse complications occurred. Conclusion Carbonyldiamide local injection therapy is a very reliable management with high curative rate,simple operation and minimum side- effect. It is worthy of popularization and application.
