摘　　要：汽车铝合金喷油泵属于耐压铸件。分析其结构特征后,结合铸件的技术要求,给出了详细的低压铸造工艺。通过计算、分析,确定了其工艺参数,并设计了低压铸造模具。经实际生产验证,该工艺运行可靠,系统稳定,获得了品质良好的铸件。Automotive aluminum alloy fuel pump is a pressure castings. After analyzing its structural characteristics,combined with the technical requirements, the particular low-pressure casting process was given. Through computation andanalysis, its process parameters were determined, and the low pressure casting mold was designed. By confirmation of actualproduction, the process is reliable, the system runs stably, and the well castings are gotten.
