摘 要:车轮轧制是辗钢车轮成形的重要工步之一。通过理论解析和计算,首先给出辐板与辊接触区形状及其投影面积的计算方法,进而得出道次进给量在辐板辊侧和主辊侧分配比例关系,在此基础之上分析得出了轮辋轧透条件。结果表明:车轮轧制过程中辐板辊侧的压入量大于主辊侧;随着轮辋直径的增大,辐板辊侧压入量所占比例逐渐增大;随着轮辋厚度的减薄,轧透条件逐渐改善。Rolling is one of the key forming stages of rolled railway wheel. Calculating method of shape and theprojection area in the web and the roll contact zone was firstly proposed by theoretical analysis and calculation. And thenproportional relation for the feed amount of pass between the plate roller side and the main roller side was obtained. On thebasis of this, wheel rolling penetration condition was obtained. The results show that, the rolling reduction of the web roll sideis larger than that of the back roll side; the ratio of the web roller reduction increases gradually with diameter expanding of therim; the rolling penetration condition of the rim is improved gradually with the rim thickness decreasing.
