摘  要:在白车身焊接操作中,气动夹具以清洁、操作简单、成本低廉等诸多优点得到广泛应用。但由于人为疏忽或误操作经常发生焊点数量不达标的现象。为了确保焊点数量,提升焊接质量,必须对气动夹具进行电控改造。焊点数目经单片机记录后由数码管显示。当焊点数量未达到预期数值时,单片机通过控制两位五通阀使气动夹具不能在焊接途中被打开;而在焊点数量达到预设数值后,气动夹具才可以通过按钮开关被打开,释放工件,准备下一步操作。In BIW welding operation, pneumatic clamps were widely used due to clean, simple operation and low costadvantages. However, the number of solder joints can not meet the regulations due to negligence or misuse. To ensure thenumber of solder joints and improve the quality of welding, the pneumatic clamp must be transformed into electricallycontrolled one. The number of solder joints are recorded by SCM and displayed by digital tube. When the number of solderjoints do not achieve the expected value, the microcontrollers made by pneumatic clamps can not be opened in the weldingprocess by controlling 5/2-way valve. When the number of solder joints reaches the expected value, the pneumatic clamps canbe opened by pushing button switch to release the workpiece for next operation.
