摘　　要：目的探讨Livin蛋白在口腔鳞癌中的表达及其临床相关性。方法采用回顾性研究的方法检测46例口腔鳞癌标本中Livin蛋白的表达情况,并评价其表达水平和临床病理参数及患者预后之间的关系。结果 46例临床标本中,Livin阳性表达29例(63.0%)。Livin表达与口腔鳞癌转移(P=0.012)、病理分级(P=0.005)密切相关,但与患者预后无明显相关性(P=0.112)。结论 Livin的表达可能与口腔鳞癌的发生发展密切相关。Objective To investigate the expression and the clinical relevance of Livin in human oral squamous cell carcinoma. Meth- ods Retrospective study was used to test the expression of Livin in 46 cases of oral squamous cell carcinomas and then the correlation among the expression level, the clinical pathological parameters and the patient prognosis was analyzed and evaluated. Results In 46 cases, Livin expression of 29 cases was detected positive （63.0%）. The expression of Livin was closely related with the metastasis（ P = 0.012 ） and the grade （ P = 0. 005 ） , but was not obviously related with their prognoses （ P = 0.112 ）. Conclusions Livin expression may be closely related with the tumorigenesis and development of human oral squamous cell carcinoma.
