摘　　要：牙齿固连是牙齿萌出异常的一种,多见于乳磨牙。临床上患牙整个平面低于邻面牙龈的固连牙齿少见。本文报道1例右下颌第二乳磨牙完全固连于牙龈下方并伴有面深龋。结合相关文献,对该疾病的流行病学,临床表现,诊断及治疗等方面做相关介绍。Ankylosed tooth is a kind of eruption abnormality of the teeth. It arises more often in primary molars,while it＇s rare that oc- clusal surface of tooth is lower than proximal gingival clinically. We report a rare case of ankylosed mandibular right second primary mo- lar which is below the gingival and has a deep caries in the occlusal surface,and we try to make a detailed introduction about epidemiol- ogy, clinical manifestations, diagnosis, and treatment of the disease.
