CEREC 3D全瓷嵌体与钴铬合金嵌体牙体修复的临床效果评价

摘　　要：目的评价CEREC 3D系统制作的全瓷嵌体与钴铬合金嵌体在牙体修复的临床效果。方法选取根管治疗后II类洞无髓牙90颗,根据患者对材料的选择,一组采用CEREC 3D系统制作瓷嵌体48颗,一组制作钴铬合金嵌体42颗。修复后定期复查追踪观察2年,观察临床效果。结果按照改良的USPHS标准进行临床评价,两组在2年后复查,在边缘密合性、外形、牙体完整性方面差异有显著性意义(P<0.05),在牙龈健康状况上差异无显著性意义(P>0.05)。结论 CEREC 3D制作瓷嵌体在牙体修复中具有优良的临床效果,明显优于钴铬合金嵌体。Objective To evaluate clinical effects of ceramic inlays fabricated by the Cerec III CAD /CAM system and Co-Cr alloy inlays in restorating posterior teeth .Methods 90 cases after root canal therapy were selected .One group in-cluded 48 cases with Ceramic inlays by the Cerec ⅢCAD/CAM;the other group included 42 cases with Co-Cr alloy in-lays.We examined clinical effects after two years restoration .Results Statistically significant difference was shown in mar-ginal fit, appearance, and integrity of the tooth after 2 years restoration.Conclusion Ceramic inlays by CEREC ⅢCAD/CAM system have better clinical effect than Co -Cr alloy inlays .
