摘 要:目的探讨FRNA噬菌体在本市游泳池水中的分布规律,预测肠道病毒污染的可能性和严重性,为水质消毒处理提供依据。方法参照美国公共卫生署(APHA)标准方法9224E,建立水样MS-2噬菌体的检测方法,应用于20份游泳池水样的检测,同时进行水样大肠菌群、游离性余氯检测。结果 20份游泳池水样中有5份检出MS-2噬菌体,最高值为9 PFU/100 ml,最低值为1 PFU/100 ml。4份大肠菌群阳性水样中有3份检出MS-2噬菌体,另有2份大肠菌群阴性水样中检出MS-2噬菌体。检出MS-2噬菌体的水样游离性余氯值均未达标。结论游泳场馆水体有被肠道病毒污染的风险,有必要引入FRNA噬菌体检测以有效指示和预测肠道病毒的污染。规范监测和调整游泳池水氯消毒水平,对水中大肠菌群和肠道病毒的抑制和消除具有重要作用。Objective To investigate the distribution of FRNA phages in swimming pool water, so as to predict the possibility and severity of enteroviruses contamination and provide basis for water disinfection. Methods Based on the APHA Standard Method 9224E, MS - 2 phage test method was established and applied to detect 20 swimming pool water samples. The free chlo- rine residue and coliform were tested at the same time too. Results MS - 2 phages were detected in 5 of the 20 swimming pool water samples, the highest value was 9 PFU/100 ml, and the minimum value was 1 PFU/100ml. The 5 MS -2 phages positive samples included 3 coliform - positive samples and 2 coliform - negative samples. The free chlorine residue level in MS - 2 pha- ges positive water samples was failed to meet the standard. Conclusion Swimming pool water has the risk of enteroviruses con- tamination, it is necessary to take F - RNA phages as an indicator for predicting enteroviruses contamination in swimming pool water. Monitoring and adjustment of the chlorine disinfection status in swimming pool water will play an important role in inhibi- ting and eliminating the coliform and enteroviruses.
