摘  要:在标准工时制下加班工资计发中,很容易出现"异工同价"的现象。一般情况下,被确定的加班工资计发基数为最低标准。在加班工资计发体制中,劳动者付出劳动差异,仅就劳动者时间差异作出了反映,而能量消耗、劳动强度等差异未能体现其中。这就导致了,在核算劳动者加班工资的过程中,劳动者所付出的劳动在未考虑该劳动所消耗机体能力、劳动强度的情况下"被定价"。这对从事能量消耗量大、劳动强度大的劳动者非常不公平。In distribution of overtime pay under the standard working hour system, same wage to different positions are very likely to be found. The base for distribution of wages is fixed as the lowest standard. In the wage system, the difference of workloads can be embodied in different working hours, but not in energy consumption and intensity of labor. It elicits that workers ' wage would be determined regardless of consumption of energy and labor intensity. It is definitely unfair for those who do the energy-consuming and intensified work.
