摘　　要：葡萄糖氧化酶是一种绿色饲料添加剂,能够显著改善动物肠道微生态平衡、提高饲料利用率、促进动物生长,可在一定程度上替代抗菌药物和抗球虫药物。本文从葡萄糖氧化酶的酶学性质、催化特性、作用机理等方面对其进行了简要介绍,并综述了其在食品、医药及畜牧养殖业中的应用和检测方法研究进展。As a kind of green feed additive, glucose oxidase can greatly improve the microecological balance of the intestines, the utilization efficiency of the feed, and promote the animal growth. To a certain extent, glucose oxidase can replace the usage of antibacterial and anticoccidial drugs. In this paper, we presented the enzymatic properties, catalytic characters and function mechanism of glucose oxidase. Then we reviewed the usage of glucose oxidase in food, pharmaceuticals, and livestock industries, and research progress of analysis method.
