摘  要:解脲脲原体可导致盆腔炎、不良妊娠结局、非淋球菌性尿道炎、附睾炎等多种疾病.解脲脲原体有2个生物群14个血清型,但目前各种血清型之间致病性差异尚未明确.国内外使用小鼠、黑猩猩、羊等多种动物建立了宫内感染及下生殖道的感染模型,发现各型别感染后可导致IL-1、IL-6等多种炎症因子水平升高,子宫内膜及睾丸组织等均出现了不同程度的炎症浸润和变性等,不同部位感染率、感染时间均有不同.Ureaplasma urealyticum (Uu) is a common pathogen of genital tract infection,and can cause pelvic inflammatory diseases,adverse pregnancy outcomes,non-gonococcal urethritis,epididymitis,and so on.Uu is classified into 2 biovars and 14 serotypes,while the difference in pathogenicity among these serotypes remains unanswered.Animal models have been built for intrauterine infection and lower genital tract infection in mice,chimpanzee,goats,etc.It has been found that Uu infection can cause an increase in multiple cytokines such as interleukin (IL)-1 and IL-6,as well as different degrees of inflammatory infiltration and degeneration in endometrium and spermary.The incidence and duration of Uu infection vary with anatomical sites.
