摘 要:目的了解健康年轻(22~37岁)男性和女性人群维生素D状况以及季节对维生素D水平的影响。方法选取在冬春季或夏秋季进行体检的健康年轻男性和女性,共416例,用酶联免疫的方法测定血中25-羟维生素D(25(OH)D)水平。结果所有的受检对象不论季节和性别25(OH)D水平均明显低于正常值,其中维生素D缺乏和不足(<75 nmol/L)的比率近90%,其中冬春季节多数为轻中度缺乏(达80%),而夏秋季节以轻度缺乏或不足为主(70%以上)。25(OH)D水平在冬春季节明显低于夏秋季节。此外,不论任何季节,女性组维生素D中重度缺乏的比率明显高于男性组,25(OH)D水平明显低于男性组。结论我国北方地区居住的人群不论季节和性别维生素D缺乏的发病率均很高,特别是年轻女性是维生素D缺乏的高危人群。应采用有效的措施防治维生素D的缺乏,减少维生素D缺乏对健康的影响。Objective To investigate the vitamin D status in young men and women( 22-37 years old) and to analyze the effect of season on the level of plasma 25-hydroxyvitamin D [25( OH) D]. Methods A total of 416 healthy male and female subjects,who received physical examination during winter to spring or summer to autumn,were selected. The plasma level of 25( OH) D was assessed using enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay. Results The average plasma level of 25( OH) D in all subjects was lower than normal range,regardless of season and gender. The overall prevalence of 25( OH) D deficiency and insufficiency( 〈 75 nmol /L) was about 90%. The majority of the subjects( 80%) had mild or moderate vitamin D deficiency during winter to spring.However,most of the subjects( over 70%) had mild vitamin D deficiency or insufficiency during summer to autumn. The plasma level of 25( OH) D was lower during winter to spring than that during summer to autumn. Regardless of season,the rate of moderate and severe vitamin D deficiency in females was much higher than that in males,while the plasma 25( OH) D level was lower than that in males. Conclusion Regardless of season and gender,the prevalence of vitamin D deficiency is very high in people living in the northern part of China,especially for young women who are in high risk group of vitamin D deficiency. Effective measures should be taken to prevent vitamin D deficiency and to reduce the effect of vitamin D deficiency on human health.
