摘 要:油脂精炼过程会产生一系列的副产物,其中皂脚在碱炼脱酸工序中产生,是油脂精炼副产物中最有价值的部分,占油脂总产量的5%~6%,其总脂肪酸含量高达40%~60%,具有极大的回收利用价值。从中性油的回收、脂肪酸的提取、生物柴油的制备、表面活性剂的制备和生物活性物质的提取等方面综述了国内外对植物油皂脚回收利用的研究现状,并对其未来发展进行了展望。同时,借鉴植物油皂脚的回收利用技术,探讨了鱼油皂脚的回收利用前景。Oil refining process produced a series of by-products which contained the soapstock produced in alkaline deacidification process. Soapstock with a great of recycling value was the most valuable part of oil refining byproducts, and accounted for 5%-6% of the refined oil production, 40%-60% of total fatty acid. After many years of research on the soapstock, a variety of important chemical intermediates could be extracted. This paper reviewed the research status on recycling vegetable oil soapstock from the recovery neutral oil, the extraction of fatty acids, the preparation of biodiesel, the preparation of surfactant and the extraction of bioactive substances and so on, and outlooked its future developmental direction. At the same time, the prospect for the recovery of fish oil soapstock was discussed in the paper using the vegetable oil soapstock recycling technology as reference.
