自贡某大学新生结核杆菌感染筛查及胸部X线诊断分析

摘　　要：目的了解大学新生结核病感染及发病情况,为结核病预防控制工作提供依据。方法对2012、2013年新入学的大学生进行结核菌素实验,实验结果呈强阳性者进行胸部X线摄片,对检出的结核病例给予全程规律、免费抗结核病治疗。结果大学新生结核菌素试验阴性率为61.63%,强阳性率为16.53%;男、女生结核菌素强阳性率分别为15.36%和18.22%,男女比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。检出肺结核病例40例,患病率为3.02‰,其中痰涂片抗酸染色阳性2例。结论利用结核菌素试验结合胸部X线检测了解大学新生结核菌感染及发病情况,可以及时采取有效措施,以预防结核病在校园的传播。Objective To investigate the situation of tuberculosis infection and disease in the freshmen of university to provide reference for preventing and controlling tuberculosis among university students. Methods Made the tuberculin experiment on the freshmen of university students in 2012, 2013 years, the experimental results showed high positive rate for chest X-ray, the detection of tuberculosis given full rules and free anti-tuberculosis therapy. Results The negative rate of tubercatin test in the freshmen was 61.63% ,the positive rate was 16.53% ,and the positive rates of girls and boys were 15.36% and 18.22%, the difference between the boys and girls＇ positive rate was statistically significant. There were 40 cases infected with TB accounting for 3.02‰, 2 cases were positive by acid-fast bacilli. Conclusion Investigating the situation of tu- berculosis infection and disease in the freshmen of university by X-ray examination and tubercation test can prevent and control tuberculosis among university students timely.
