榄香烯治疗不能耐受放化疗的恶性肿瘤临床观察

摘　　要：目的观察静脉注射榄香烯治疗不能耐受放化疗的恶性肿瘤临床疗效。方法 28例恶性肿瘤患者,予榄香烯注射液500 mg,加入0.9%等渗盐水中静脉滴注,3个疗程后观察近期临床疗效、毒副反应及生活质量。结果 28例患者完全缓解0例,部分缓解5例,稳定11例,进展12例,总有效率达57.1%。毒副反应主要为首次应用后出现的轻度发热(37.5℃以下),经对症处理后好转。经治疗后生活质量得到改善者14例(50.0%),稳定8例(28.6%),恶化6例(21.4%)。结论榄香烯治疗不能耐受放化疗的恶性肿瘤,疗效确切,毒副反应小,患者生活质量得到了明显改善,值得进一步推广。Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of intravenous injection of elemene on malignant tumor of chemoradiotherapy intolerance.Methods Twenty-eight patients of malignant tumor were treated with intravenous infusion of elemene injection 500mg,adding 0.9％ of isotonic saline.The short-term clinical efficacy,toxic side reaction and quality of life were observed in 3 sessions of treatment.Results None of 28 cases was relieved,5 cases of them were partially relieved,11 cases were stable,and 12 cases were progressed.The total effective rate was 57.1％.After the first application,the main toxic side reaction was mild fever（less than 37.5 ℃C）that was relieved after symptomatic management.After treatment,the quality of life was improved in 14 cases（50.0％）,stable in 8 cases （28.6％）and reduced in 6 cases （21.4％）.Conclusion Elemene achieves the definite efficacy on malignant tumor of chemoradiotherapy intolerance.It has less toxic side reaction and apparently improves the patients＇quality of life.Hence,this therapy deserves to be promoted.
