摘 要:软件产业是信息产业的核心,而软件人才是推动软件产业发展的最重要资源,因此探索一种适应软件产业要求的人才培养模式迫在眉睫。针对软件工程专业人才培养模式重理论、轻实践的弊端,本文提出了一种以解决实际问题为目标的应用驱动型软件工程人才培养模式。该模式以实际应用为导向加强师资建设做保障,由三个连续的梯次阶段构成,即案例驱动式课堂教学、项目驱动式综合实训、顶岗式专业实习。该人才培养模式以实际应用为驱动,符合人类认知的规律,能够培养出高素质的实践型软件人才。Software industry is the core of the information industry, software talent is the most important resource that pushes the development of software industry, so it is urgent to investigate a talents training mode for satisfying the requirements of software industry. For the disadvantage of emphasizing on theory and despising practice of exiting talent training mode, this paper proposes a type of applications motivated training mode of software engineering for the purpose of solving physical problems. This mode guaranteed by the teacher development guided by applications, consists of three consecutive echelon stages, i. e. , case motivated teaching, project motivated practice training, and full time professional internship. This training mode is motivated by practice applications, accords with the law of human cognition, and can train high quality and practice type software engineering talents.
