摘　　要：目的探讨经鼻内镜手术切除鼻腔鼻窦肿瘤可行性和手术效果。方法 22例鼻腔鼻窦肿瘤患者全部在鼻内镜下行手术切除,根据肿瘤的不同部位确定鼻内镜下手术切除范围,术后门诊内镜定期复查和随访,分析临床疗效,并与传统的21例鼻部手术患者进行比较。结果鼻内镜手术组并发症发生率0,低于传统鼻部手术组4.76%(P<0.05);鼻内镜手术组手术复发率4.55%,低于传统鼻部手术组23.81%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论经鼻内镜切除鼻腔鼻窦肿瘤视野清晰,面部无瘢痕、损伤小,具有较高的临床疗效,可明显改善患者的临床特征,术后复发率低,值得临床推广应用。Objective To investigate the feasibility and clinical effect of nasal endoscopic operation resection for nasal cavity and paranasal neoplasm. Methods An analysis was made for the clinical data of 22 patients with nasal cavity and paranasal neoplasm. All the patients underwent nasal endoscopic resection operation by different range, according to different locality of tumors. These patients were regularly examined and followed up after operation. Clinical effect was analyzed and compared with 21 patients treated by conventional nasal surgery. R^ults Complications rate was 0 in the nasal endoscopic operation group, which was lower than 4.76% of the conventional nasal operation group （P〈0.05）. Operation recurrence rate in the nasal endoscopic operation group was 4.55%, and it was lower than 23.81% of the conventional nasal operation group. These differences were statistically significant （P〈0.05）. Conchmion Clinical effect of nasal endoscopic operation resection for nasal cavity and paranasal neoplasm is high, which can significantly improve clinical indications of patients and has advantage of minimal damage without scar. The low recurrence rate makes it worthy of clinical application.
