摘　　要：从产业集群、知识服务、知识服务产业等概念出发,基于产业集群的视角,围绕形成、服务、知识共享、协同创新等方面,对知识服务产业发展机制进行了分析研究,以期推动知识服务产业的发展。Knowledge service industry has become a pillar industry in developed countries, and in China, ithas taken shape. Knowledge service industry alliances and other types of industry alliances have emerged inlarge numbers, which promotes the rapid development of regional economy. Beginning from the concept andsignificance of such service, the paper analyzes the missions, principles, goals and construction ideas,discusses on how to set up governance structure scientifically, how to build a service platform, how to takesupporting measures, and how to build an innovative mechanism, aiming at providing reference for theestablishment and development of the alliances.
