摘 要:针对以往卫星锁紧与释放装置不具有通用性、结构单一等缺点,设计了一种非合作目标卫星对接环锁紧与释放装置,其结构简单、锁紧力大,能够快速实现对卫星的锁紧与释放,同时减小两卫星接触时的刚性撞击,起到缓冲的作用。介绍了锁紧与释放装置的结构组成及其工作原理,并建立了锁紧与释放装置的三维模型,而后利用ADAMS对其进行了动力学分析,分析结果表明:该对接环锁紧与释放装置能够顺利实现对目标卫星对接环的锁紧与释放,为以后的工程化设计奠定了理论基础。Aiming at the disadvantages of without versatility and single structure of the satellite lock and release mechanism, a non-cooperative target satellite docking ring lock and release mechanism was designed; it has simple structure and big lock force, also it realizes lock and release satellite rapidly and reduces the rigid shock when contact, it plays the role of buffering device. The composition and the working principle of the lock and release device is introduced, 3D model of the lock and release device were established. Then ADAMS is used to carry out dynamics anal-ysis, the results showed that the lock and release device of dock- ing ring can realize locking and releasing target satellite, which provides theoretical basis for engineering design.
