摘 要:通过生产实践,研究羊绒分梳过程中罗拉式预梳机对羊绒产生损伤的因素。测试了预梳对羊绒纤维的损伤情况,从隔距、主动机皮带轮直径2方面就影响罗拉式预梳机开松、除杂、保护纤维长度的工艺进行调整,对白绒、青绒、紫绒生产时的实际情况做了实验测试。结果表明,罗拉式预梳对羊绒损伤约占分梳全过程的40%以上,适当的大隔距和速度有利于转移过程的甩粗,使提取率上升,能减少纤维的损伤。这些指标可为羊绒生产企业分梳山羊绒提供参考。Research on cashmere damage factors caused by roll scribbler in the process of cashmere combing through production practice. Test the cashmere damage caused by pre-combing part, adjust the craft and technology which has effect on roll scribbler' s opening, impurities removing and fiber protection from the perspective of distance and diameter of drive pulley, and experiment on the white, blue, purple cashmere production. The result shows that pre-eombing part of the roller scribbler damage to cashmere accounts for more than 40% and the appropriate gauge and speed are helpful to throw the coarse part in transfer process, rise extraction ratio and reduce fiber damage. These indicators can be reference for the enterprises producing cashmere to comb cashmere.
