摘 要:目的:介绍我院门诊药房绩效考核标准的改革与实施效果。方法:结合我院门诊西药房的工作特点,根据工作量、药品日常养护、账物相符率、特殊任务几方面标准综合评分,制订科学的绩效考核方案并评价实施后效果。结果与结论:实施绩效考核方案后对每位药师的工作量与工作质量等建立了量化考核标准,激励了药师的工作积极性,调配差错从2013年6月的485例降至12月的406例,患者对药师的服务满意度从93.2%上升至96.7%。建立的绩效考核标准可相对较公平、公正、公开地对门诊药房工作的药师进行绩效考评,促进了药房整体工作水平的提高。OBJECTIVE: To introduce the reform and implementation of performance evaluation standards in outpatient pharmacy of our hospital. METHODS: Based on the characteristics of western pharmacy in outpatient department of our hospital, the scientific evaluation plan for the working performance was formulated according to workload, drug daily maintenance, coincident rate of account and special task. The effect of implementing the standard was evaluated. RESULTS & CONCLUSIONS: After implementing performance evaluation plan, the quantitative evaluation of workload and quality of work of each pharmacist became available. The quantitative evaluation method has motivated the working enthusiasm of the pharmacists, decreased dispensing errors from 485 (Jun.) cases to 406 cases (Dec.) in 2013, improved patients satisfaction rate on pharmacists service from 93.2% to 96.7%. Established performance evaluation standards can evaluate the performance of pharmacists in outpatient pharmacy openly, fair and just so as to promote the improvement of overall level of pharmacy.
