摘 要:目的探讨VEGF和Ang-2在肾上腺肿瘤和肾上腺增生组织中的表达。方法应用免疫组化技术比较52例肾上腺肿瘤、26例肾上腺增生组织和7例正常肾上腺组织中VEGF和Ang-2蛋白表达的差异,并分析其与肾上腺增生和肿瘤组织病理特征的关系。结果肾上腺瘤中VEGF蛋白阳性表达率为65.38%(34/52),高于肾上腺增生组织的34.61%(9/26)和正常肾上腺组织的0.0%(0/7),差别有显著性(P<0.05),肾上腺瘤中Ang-2蛋白阳性表达率为61.54%(32/52),高于肾上腺增生组织的26.92%(7/26)和正常肾上腺组织的0.0%(0/7),且差别有显著性(P<0.05)。且肾上腺外、多发、恶性肿瘤中VEGF和Ang-2蛋白表达量均高于肾上腺内(P<0.05)、单发(PP<0.05)、良性和直径<5 cm的嗜铬细胞瘤(P<0.05)。肾上腺增生组织VEGF和Ang-2表达高于正常肾上腺组织,但差异无显著性。结论 VEGF和Ang-2可能通过促进肾上腺肿瘤血管生成参与调节了肿瘤的增殖,肾上腺肿瘤VEGF和Ang-2的表达可能与肿瘤的侵袭有关。VEGF和Ang-2表达水平升高可能是肾上腺增生发生的原因之一。【Objective】To investigate the expression of angiopoietin-2(Ang-2) and vascular endothelial growth factor(VEGF) and angiopoietin-2(Ang-2) in adrenal tumor and adrenal hyperplasia.【Methods】Totally 85 primary human adrenal gland were collected, including 52 adrenal tumor, 26 adrenal hyperplasia and 7 normal adrenal samples collected from patients operated for renal carcinoma. The VEGF protein and Ang-2 protein were detected by SABC immunohistochemistry, and the correlation was analyzed. 【Results】The positive expression rate of VEGF were 65.38%(34/52) in adrenal tumor and 34.61%(9/26) in adrenal hyperplasia, showing a significant difference between adrenal tumor and adrenal hyperplasia(P〈0.05). The positive expression rate of Ang-2 was 61.54%(32/52) in adrenal tumor, showing a significant difference between adrenal hyperplasia 26.92%(7/26)(P〈0.05). There were correlation between Ang-2 and VEGF expression level and different clinical-pathological factors including tumor's volume, location and property. The expression of Ang-2 or VEGF in adrenal hyperplasia was higher than those in normal adrenal, though there was no statistical difference existed in these two kinds of results.【Conclusions】The high expression of Ang-2 and VEGF in adrenal tumor indicates that both of them play important role in tumor growth and invasion. The high expression of Ang-2 and VEGF may play a role in the occurring of adrenal hyperplasia.
