金褐霉素的特性及生产研究进展

摘　　要：金褐霉素是一种多烯大环内酯类抗真菌抗生素,在食品防腐和医疗中具有广阔的应用前景.介绍了金褐霉素的特性,综述其生产及研究进展,并对金褐霉素的发展前景和后续研究方向进行展望.Aureofuscin is a polyene macrolide antifungal antibiotic, which shows good prospect in the prevention of food mould contamination and medical treatment. This article introduces its properties and overalls the production and the research progress of it. The perspective applications and the direction of further research were discussed.
