摘　　要：目的 探讨复杂腹腔镜胆囊切除术（LC）的手术操作方法。方法 回顾性分析2012年7月~2014年4月75例LC的临床资料,针对复杂LC的不同原因进行手术。结果 70例成功实施复杂LC,术后出现小胆瘘5例（6.7%）,中转开腹5例。结论 复杂LC与术者的手术技巧及术式选择相关,实施复杂LC是安全的。Objective To explore the operation method of surgery complex laparoscopic cholecystectomy （LC）. Methods The data of 75 cases with LC from July 2012 to April 2014 was retrospectively analyzed and the operation was carried out according to different reasons of complex LC. Results Complex LC has been successfully implemented in 70 cases, postoperative small biliary fistula appeared in 5 cases,while only 5 cases （6.7%） transferred to laparotomy after opera- tion. Conclusion Surgical skills and choice of operation are closely related to complex LC,and the implementation of complex LC is safe for patients.
