摘  要:目的:研究雌激素受体基因ESR1和ESR2与产后抑郁症发病的相关性。方法:收集113例产后抑郁产妇的血液并建立了数据库,对雌激素受体基因ESR1和ESR2进行SNP搜寻并与产后抑郁症表型做关联性分析。结果:在ESR1基因第1外显子上发现了SNP rs2077647,在ESR2基因第6外显子上发现了SNP rs1256049,并在113例产妇中对这两个SNP进行基因型判定。用R软件进行关联性分析,ESR1基因与产后抑郁症无明显相关性(P=0.115),ESR2基因与产后抑郁症亦无明显相关性(P=0.152)。结论:ESR1基因和ESR2基因可能都不是引起产后抑郁症的主效基因。Objective: To research the correlation between estrogen receptors genes (ESR1 and ESR2 ) and maternal postpartum depression. Methods: Blood samples of 113 women with postpartum depression were collected, and then the database was established; sin- gle nucleotide polymorphisms (SNPs) of ESR1 and ESR2 genes were searched, the relationships with phenotype of postpartum depression were analyzed. Results: SNP rs2077647 was found in the first exon of ESRI gene, SNP rs1256049 was found in the sixth exon of ESR2 gene, genotype determination of these two SNPs was performed. R software was used for correlation analysis, there was no significant correla- tion between ESR1 gene, ESR2 gene and postpartum depression (P =0. 115, P =0. 152) . Conclusion: ESRI gene and ESR2 gene are not maior causal genes of postpartum depression probably.
