摘  要:目的 探讨流行性乙型脑炎证素组合的规律,为流行性乙型脑炎中医证素的分布规律提供依据。方法 对2012年7~9月流行性乙型脑炎277例,根据中国中医科学院设计中医药治疗流行性乙型脑炎临床研究病例报告表,进行临床观察和整理,采用SPSS17.0统计软件进行统计描述。结果 在11个证素中影响流行性乙型脑炎辨证主要证素中,在病位证素中以心为主;病性因素中以毒为主;病因证素中以暑、湿、热、毒为主。证素的组合形式有6种,其中主要集中在单一证素、两证素和三证素组合,三者累积构成比为96.03%。结论 标实(暑、毒、湿、热(火))本虚(阴虚、阳虚)是流行性乙型脑炎的主要病机特点,以夹湿、易动风、喜内陷、伤气阴、亡阴、亡阳等表现形式特点,变化为病。Objective To explore the laws of Japanese encephalitis syndrome element combination,and provide the basis for the distribution of Japanese Encephalitis TCM prime. Methods On July-September by 2012 Japanese encephalitis 277 cases,according to the design of the China Academy of Traditional Chinese Medicine,Chinese medicine treatment of Japanese encephalitis clinical study case report forms,clinical observation and finishing,using SPSS17. 0 statistical software statistical description. Results 11 syndrome elements of epidemic encephalitis syndrome card hormone,heart disease is prime-based; to poison the main disease factors; cause of the syndrome elements to heat,humidity,heat,drugs,mainly. The combination of the syndrome elements6,which are mainly concentrated in a single syndrome elements the two cards prime and the three certificates prime combination of the three cumulative constituent ratio of 96. 03%. Conclusion And excess( heat,poison,wet,hot( fire)) virtual( yin,yang) is the main characteristics of the pathogenesis of Japanese encephalitis,dampness,easy to move the wind,tend to retraction,hurt gas overcast,overcast death,death Yang and other manifestations of the characteristics of changes in disease.
