跨文化交际中英汉礼貌用语的差异

摘　　要：随着跨文化交际活动的日益频繁,英汉两种语言的差异性越来越明显。礼貌用语是维系交际的有效手段,西方的礼貌原则更倾向于平等与尊重,而中国的礼貌原则更富有人情味。了解英汉礼貌用语的差异,可以避免交际失误,实现成功交际。With the development of globalization ,the more intercultural communication people have , the more cultural differences appear .Politeness is an effective means maintaining sound and harmonious communications among different cultures .Western polite language is based on respect and equality w hile personal affection is a distinguishing feature of Chinese language .This paper tries to analyze differences between Chinese and Western commonly -used polite words with the purpose of avoiding misbehaviors and misunderstanding in intercultural communication .
