蜂蜜血竭膏治疗压疮的临床评价研究

摘　　要：目的:对蜂蜜血竭膏与常规凡士林油纱条换药治疗压疮进行临床疗效评价。方法:将符合纳入标准的压疮患者按照计算机随机方法分配至试验组及对照组,试验组使用蜂蜜血竭膏换药,对照组使用常规凡士林油纱条换药,对压疮的愈合情况、新生上皮时间、愈合时间等指标进行临床观察,使用SPSS软件进行独立统计学分析。结果:试验组完成28例,对照组完成26例,经过统计学分析试验组在痊愈率、显效率、新生上皮时间、创面愈合时间等指标方面均优于对照组。结论:在压疮治疗方面蜂蜜血竭膏疗效优于常规凡士林换药,特别在促进新生上皮及缩短创面愈合时间指标方面优势较为明显。Objective： To evaluate that plaster of honey and dragon＇s blood compare with vaseline in treating pressure sore. Methods： Dividing the pressure sore patients to the experimental group and control group according to computer random distribution, experimental group use plaster of honey and dragon＇ s blood, control group use vaseline, and using the effect, new epithelial time, wound healing time as observation target, using Spss soft to analysis. Results： It is a high possibility that the experimental group is better than control group on the clinical effect, new epithelial time and wound healing time. Conclusion： The curative effect of honey and dragon＇ s blood plaster group is better than vaseline＇ s, especially in the data of the wound healing time.
