痲痳考辨

摘　　要：在一些医学文献中,经常看到"痲"与"痳"二字,由于这两个字的字形相近,容易混淆,出现了不少问题。本文从"痲"、"痳"二字的形、音、义出发,着重分析了这两个字及其相关的"麻"、""、"髍"、""、"淋"诸字的字形、字义,指出"痲"和"痳"是分别表示疾病的"麻"、""、"髍"、""、"淋"的正字,纠正部分文献的疏漏,并强调"痲"、"痳"不应在使用中相混淆。The font of two words ＂Ma＂ and ＂Lin＂ are so similar that they are very easy to be confused. So there are some problems about them in some literatures. Starting from the font and meanings of ＂Ma＂ and ＂Lin＂, this paper compares and analysises the other words ： ＂ma＂, ＂pin＂, ＂mo＂ and ＂lin＂, points out the two words ＂Ma＂ and ＂Lin＂ are the upright type that they express meanings, corrects the mistakes in some literatures, emphasizes that we can not confuse them in using.
