摘　　要：[目的]研究Ki-67蛋白在乳腺癌组织与转移淋巴结中的表达差异及与乳腺癌预后的相关性。[方法]应用免疫组织化学技术检测180例乳腺癌组织及转移淋巴结中Ki-67蛋白的表达情况,分析其表达差异对乳腺癌患者无病生存期(DFS)和总生存期(OS)的影响。[结果]Ki-67蛋白在乳腺癌淋巴结转移灶中阳性表达率高于原发灶,两者之间差异有显著性。转移淋巴结Ki-67表达阳性组无论DFS还是OS均明显低于原发灶和淋巴结转移灶Ki-67表达均阴性组。[结论]Ki-67蛋白在乳腺癌转移淋巴结中的过度表达是评估乳腺癌预后,指导临床治疗的一个敏感的指标。[Purpose ] To investigate the expression difference of Ki-67 between breast cancer tissues and metastatic lymph nodes ,and its relation with prognosis. [Methods] The expressions of Ki-67 in breast cancer tissues and metastatic lymph nodes were determined immunohistochemically. The impact of the expression difference on overall survival （OS） and disease-free survival （DFS） of the patients was analyzed. [Results]The positive expression rate of Ki-67 in metastatic lymph nodes was higher than that in breast cancer tissues,with significant difference between them. Both DFS and OS were significantly lower in group with positive expression of Ki-67 in metastatic lymph nodes than those in group with negative expression of Ki-67 both in primary lesion and metastatic lymph node. [Conclusion] The over-expression of Ki-67 in metastatic lymph nodes is a sensitive index for evaluation of prognosis and treatment for patients with breast cancer.
