摘　　要：现代药理研究表明,可从多种药用植物中提取的C21甾体苷类化合物在抗肿瘤、免疫调节、化疗药物增效减毒等方面具有重要的生物活性。C21甾体苷类化合物主要存在于萝藦科中,尤其是在通关藤,黑鳗藤,白首乌等多种植物中研究较多。C21甾体苷类化合物在抗肿瘤方面研究较多,其制剂已广泛用于临床,尤其是联合其他化疗药物抗肿瘤方面应用较广,而在调节免疫和化疗药物增效方面的研究正处于起步阶段。文章对近年来的C21甾体类化合物及其制剂的药理作用和临床应用进行概述,为其进一步研究、开发和临床合理用药提供参考。Modern pharmacological research shows that,C21 steroidal compounds extracted from a variety of medicinal plants have important biological activity in antitumor,immunomodulatory, synergistic effect and attenuating toxicities in chemotherapy and so on. C21 steroidal compounds mainly exist in the Asclepiadaceae,especially in Marsdenia tenacissima,black To,Baishouwu etc. Research of C21 steroidal compounds focuses on antitumor,the preparations have been widely used in clinic,especially in combination with other chemotherapy agents ;but the re- searches in the regulation of immune and synergistic chemotherapy are in an initial stage. The pharmacological effects and clinical application of C21 steroidal compounds and its preparation are reviewed,which might provid reference for the further research,development and clinical rational drug use.
