直肠球囊双腔导管在肛瘘MRI检查中的应用

摘　　要：为探讨直肠球囊双腔导管（BRDCC）在肛瘘磁共振成像（MRI）检查中的应用价值，总结操作过程中的护理配合要点，选择2013年2～8月于上海中医药大学附属曙光医院肛肠科拟行手术治疗的61例肛瘘患者进行研究，术前应用BRDCC对患者进行MRI检查，对比患者使用BRDCC前、后MRI检查结果以及手术结果。结果显示，使用BRDCC后MRI检查对主瘘管及其分支、内口、脓腔的检出情况与手术结果完全一致，明显优于使用BRDCC前。检查过程中患者无明显不适和不良反应。结果表明，应用BRDCC对肛瘘患者进行MRI检查可清晰地显示主瘘管及其分支、内口、脓腔，为外科医师提供准确的影像学资料。良好的护理配合有助于BRDCC在肛瘘MRI检查中更好地发挥作用。In order to explore the value of balloon rectal double channel catheter（BRDCC） assisted MRI for inspecting anal fistula,and to summarize the nursing issues during inspecting this study enrolled 61 cases of anal fistula to be subjected to surgery in author＇s hospital from Feb. to Aug. of 2013yr. and inspected their fistula before operation with BRDCC-assisted MRI, then the inspected results were compared with results of MRI without use of BRDCC,and with operative outcome.As results,the inspected results such as main fistula, branch fistula, inner opening and puric cave were according to operative findings completely through BRDCC-assisted,and significantly superior to alone MRI as well no great uncomfortable and adverse reaction were found during inspection.Results show that main fistula and its branch,inner opening, and puric cave could be showed through BRDCC-assisted MRI, so that surgeon just obtain accuracy image data; besides, better nursing assistance is helpful to this inspected.
