复方蜜油膏换药促进肛瘘术后创口愈合的临床研究

摘　　要：为探讨应用复方蜜油膏换药促进肛瘘术后创口愈合的效果，将行手术治疗的254例肛瘘患者随机分为观察组和对照组，各127例，观察组术后应用复方蜜油膏换药，对照组应用凡士林油纱换药。对比两组患者术后创口愈合情况。结果显示，观察组术后创面渗液消失时间、创口肉芽组织开始生长时间、创口愈合时间均明显短于对照组，P〈0.05。结果表明，复方蜜油膏换药可促进肛瘘术后创口愈合。In order to investigate the efficacy of dressing exchange with compound Miyou Gao（a ointment of Chinese medicine） on promoting postoperative wound healing of anal fistula,the 254 patients with anal fistula who underwent surgery were randomly divided into observation and control group, 127 cases for each;the former adopted this ointment for dressing exchange, the latter adopted petrolatum gauze; then postoperative wound healing of both groups was compared each other.As results,the time for wound-surface transudate disappearing, for wound granulation tissue starting growth, and for wound healing in observation group was significantly shorter than that in control group（ P 〈0.05）.Results show that this ointment can promote anal fistula wound healing.
