摘 要:目的:探讨案例教学法在外科教学中的运用效果,以供参考。方法将2010年7月至2013年6月我院外科医学生158例纳入本研究,根据随机原则分组。对照组采用传统授课方法教学,实验组采用案例教学法教学。学习结束时通过考试评价两组教学效果的差异性。结果与对照组对比,我们发现实验组医学生考试成绩明显较高,组间差异经统计学分析后认为有意义(p〈0.05)。结论在外科教学中运用案例教学法有助于提高学习兴趣、增强理解记忆、启发诊断思维和创新思维,使学生能够透彻地理解抽象的理论,提高学习效果。Objective Explore the effect of applying case teaching method in surgery teaching, for reference. Methods Choose 158 medical students from Jul. 2010 to Jun. 2013 in our university in this study, according to the principle of random grouping. The control group used the traditional teaching methods of teaching, the experimental group using case teaching method. The difference at the end of the course through the examination and evaluation of teaching effect in the two groups. Results Compared with the control group, we found the test scores of the experimental group of medical students was significantly higher, the differences between groups had statistically sig nificant (P 〈 0.05). Conclusion The application of case teaching method in surgery teaching helps to improve the learning interest, enhance the understanding of memory, inspired diagnosis thinking and creative thinking, to enable students to understand abstract theory thoroughly, improve the learning effect.
