摘　　要：本文以湖南大学建筑学院城乡住房与社区发展的教学为例,对其课程体系进行了分析,阐释了其以基本能力培养为主的教学组织思路,并进一步研究了基本能力培养与特色课程建设、学习兴趣培养、市场环境变化、专业差异化发展之间的关系。指出在现有课程体系中,增强城乡住房与社区发展教学的专门研究,建构明确的课程体系,有助于居住建筑与住区规划设计类人才的培养,也有助于我国城乡住房及人居环境的良性发展。Base on the case study of the serial courses of housing and community development in the School of Architecture of Hunan University, the article analyzes the curriculum system, explains the teaching meathod concentrating on basic ability training, make a deeper research on the relationship between the basic ability training and curriculum construction, learning interest cultivation, housing market changing, characteristic major construction. The researches on housing and community development should be reinforced, and the course system should be specialized, that will not only contribute to the planners training, but also the sustainable development of the urban and rural human settlements.
