摘　　要：要解决图书馆资源整合和资本增值等优化配置问题，就必须对图书馆资本结构微观机制及其与图书馆发展水平宏观行为的关系进行深入研究。本文分别对国内外图书馆馆藏资源、人力资本、社会资本和知识资本与发展水平相关研究进行综述，提出图书馆资本结构与发展水平测度研究的思路和方法。The paper put forward to the necessity in depth study on the correlation measurement between the library capital structure and its development, in order to solve the library configuration optimization problems about resources integration and the value-added etc. Therefore, it summarized and reviewed the related research at home and abroad on the library resources, human capital, social capital and knowledge capital and the library development, on the basis, the new ideas and methods of the research is given.
