摘　　要：运动生物化学是体育各相关专业运动人体科学知识体系的重要一环，它既是应用学科，也是实验学科，实验课是使学生认识运动生物化学课程性质，培养学生运动生物科学思维方式的有效途径。阐述了运动生物化学实验课教学改革的目的、措施和意义等，实践表明，这种教学改革对于提高教学质量，达到教学目标是有实际意义的。Sports biochemistry is an important link of sports human science knowledge system for relevant majors of physical education,is a practical discipline,also a experiment discipline.experiment curriculum is an effective method which can help the students to understand the nature of curriculum and train the students to think with sports biological science,this article elaborates the aims,measures and meanings of sports biochemistry teaching reform,practice shows that this kind of teaching reform has actual sense for improving the quality of teaching and reaching the goal of teaching.
