摘　　要：目的:探讨前列腺干细胞抗原(PSCA)在卵巢浆液性囊腺癌组织中的表达及其临床意义。方法:采用SP免疫组织化学方法检测75例卵巢浆液性囊腺癌、20例卵巢交界性浆液性囊腺瘤、20例浆液性囊腺瘤组织标本中PSCA蛋白的表达水平。结果:PSCA蛋白在浆液性囊腺癌、交界性浆液性囊腺瘤、浆液性囊腺瘤标本中阳性表达率分别为62.7%、35.0%、15.0%,三者比较有极显著性差异(χ2=29.804,P=0.000)。PSCA蛋白在浆液性囊腺癌中的表达与临床分期及组织分化程度相关(P<0.05),与患者年龄和淋巴结转移无关(P>0.05)。结论:PSCA蛋白与卵巢浆液性囊腺癌的发生、发展有关,可作为对其进行早期诊断及预后评估的重要参考指标。Objective ：To study the expression and significance of PSCA in human ovarian serous cystade-nocarcinoma .Methods：Immunohistochemistry method was used to determine the expression of PSCA in 75 cases of ovarian serous cystadenocarcinoma ,20 cases of ovarian borderline serous cystadenoma ,and 20 cases of ovarian serous cystadenoma .Results ：The positive rate of PSCA protein expression was 62 .7% ,35 .0% and 15 .0% in ovarian serous cystadenocarcinoma , ovarian borderline serous cystadenoma and ovarian serous cystadenoma ,respectively .The differences were statistically significant among the three groups （χ2 =29 .804 ,P=0 .000）.The expression of PSCA protein in serous cystadenocarcinoma was correlated with clinical stage and pathological grade （P〈0 .05） ,but not correlated with patient age and lymph node metastasis （P〉0 .05） .Conclusion：The expression of PSCA is correla-ted with the occurrence and development of ovarian serous cystadenocarcinoma and can be used as a useful marker for early diagnosis and prognosis evaluation in patients with ovarian serous cystadenocarcinoma .
