基于DEA的陕西省不同市区竞技体育资源配置效率研究

摘　　要：竞技体育资源配置的效率是竞技体育可持续发展的首要问题。运用数据包络分析方法对陕西省10个不同市区2009—2012年竞技体育资源配置的效率进行评价。结果表明:陕西省竞技体育资源配置的效率达到有效的地区仅有30%,大多数市区存在资源配置不合理的现象,而这些市区的DEA无效主要是由规模效率的低下引起的;陕西省10个市区竞技体育资源配置规模效率在4年间呈现波动状态,整体水平有待提高。根据评价结果,当前陕西省竞技体育发展的关键是调整资源配置规模,实现"粗放型"投入向"集约型"投入的转变。The efficiency of sports resource allocation is a key issue in the sustainable development of competitive sports. The article analyzes the efficiency of competitive sports resources allocation of 10 different urban areas in Shaanxi Province during 2009 - 2012 by DEA models. The results show that the effectiveness of its overall efficiency only is 30% , and most urban areas exist the phenomenon of unreasonable distribution of resources. Meanwhile,the DEA ineffective is mainly caused by the low efficiency of scale; The scale efficiency of sports resources allocation in 10 different urban areas in Shaanxi Province fluc- tuated between 4 years, the overall level needs to be improved. Based on the evaluation results, the key point of competitive sports is to adjust the size of the allocation of resources to achieve transform from ＂extensive＂ input to ＂intensive＂ input, op- timizing the structure of input redundancy and output deficiency.
