摘  要:面对我国中小学体育教师社会地位和声望较低、周围"重要他人"(学生、学校领导、同事)对体育教师的认同度低于体育教师的自我认同度、学校领导在业务能力、文化修养、是否属于知识分子等一些身份认同重要组成要素方面对其的认同度较低等现状,笔者提出中小学体育教师的理想身份,以及理想身份重构的路径。理想身份的重构主要从制度整合和个体转变两个途径达成,制度整合的措施包括:把体育列为高考科目,在改革中赋权于教师、唤醒教师的自主性,关注体育教师"作为人的教师"的利益;个体转变的措施包括建立起专业自我、建立体育教学共同体、服务于社会。China's primary and secondary school physical education teachers' has lower social status and prestige, the "significant others" ( students, school leaders, colleagues) on PE teacher identity are less than the sports teacher self - identity degree, school leaders are not satisfied with some important secondary identification of PE teacher, such as professional ability, cultural accomplishment. And they don't think PE teacher are intellectuals. Facing these problems, we design the ideal identity of primary and secondary school physical education teachers, and how to reach the ideal identity. We suggest PE teachers can structure the ideal identity from institution integration and individual transition. The methods of Institution inte- gration include taking the sports as a college entrance examination subjects, empowering teachers in the reform, improving teachers autonomy, Paying attention to PE teachers interests as a human being. The methods of individual transition include establishing professional self and sports teaching community, serving the society.
