摘  要:本试验旨在研究脂肪酸转运蛋白1(FATP1)在荣昌猪不同组织中的表达规律及其与肌内脂肪沉积的关系。试验选用80只1日龄健康荣昌仔猪饲养,分别在1、7、20、50、90、150日龄选取5只屠宰取样,检测FATP1基因及其编码的蛋白质在荣昌猪体内的组织表达情况并分析其与肌内脂肪沉积的相关性。结果表明:FATP1基因及其编码的蛋白质在荣昌猪的各个组织均有表达,在肌肉和心脏中的表达水平最高,在脂肪和肝脏中的表达水平其次,而在小肠和肺脏中的表达水平最低。随着新生仔猪的生长,FATP1基因在肌肉中的表达水平逐渐升高,分别在50日龄以后的背肌和90日龄以后的腿肌中维持一个较高的水平。数据分析显示FATP1基因的表达与猪肌内脂肪沉积呈现显著正相关(P<0.05)。由此可知,FATP1基因的高表达对于猪的肌内脂肪形成和沉积具有重要影响。The objective of this experiment is to study the expression pattern of fatty acid transport protein 1 (FATP1) gene in different tissues of Rongchang pigs and further to assay the correlation between FATP1 ex- pression level and intramuscular fat deposition in the pigs. A total of 80 healthy 1-day-old Rongchang piglets were fed and 5 of them were slaughtered at 1, 7, 20, 50, 90 and 160 days of age, respectively. The mRNA and protein level of FATP1 were detected in the pigs. Moreover, its correlation with intramuscular fat deposi- tion was assayed. The results showed that the FATP1 gene and coded protein were widely expressed in various tissues of Rongchang pigs. The muscle and heart had the highest expression levels and the expression levels in the adipose tissue and liver were medium, while the small intestine and lung had the lowest expression levels. With the growth of piglets, the expression level of FATP1 gene in muscle increased gradually and up to a high- er level after 50 days of age in the longissimus muscle and after 90 days of age in the semitendinosus muscle, respectively. Data of analysis showed that there was a significant positive correlation between the expression of FATP1 gene and intramuscular fat deposition (P〈0.05). It is concludes that the higher expression levels of FATP1 gene and its protein have an important influence on the porcine intramuscular fat formation and deposition.
