摘　　要：本文基于两高公布食品安全犯罪典型案例引发的思考，针对对食品安全存在的若干困境，提出若干思考和构想，试图进一步完善对食品安全权益的刑法保护。In this paper,the release of food safety crime on two typical case based on,in view of some problems on food safety,and puts forward some thoughts and ideas,to further improve the criminal protection of food safety rights.
