摘  要:本文为了解高校教师职业倦怠现状,以某大学医学部公共基础课教师为研究对象,采用文献法、访谈法、调查法进行实证研究.并就如何缓解医学院校公共基础课教师工作倦怠现象,促进教学科研工作,保障教师职业生活质量提出意见和建议.In order to understand the job burnout situation of university teachers,this article has done a practical research by adopting documentary method,interviewing method and investigation method,taking the teachers for public basic subjects from health science center in some university as the study object.We also come up with some suggestions on how to alleviate the job burnout phenomenon of teachers for public basic subjects in medical colleges,so as to ensure the quality of their professional life and promote the development of teaching and scientific research.
