美沙酮维持治疗患者中苯丙胺类滥用者的Barratt冲动量表分析

摘　　要：目的了解美沙酮门诊中苯丙胺滥用者的冲动性人格特点,为门诊开展针对性的干预措施提供借鉴。方法采用Barratt冲动量表(Barratt Impulsiveness Scale,BIS-Ⅱ)及自制合成毒品滥用情况问卷对118名美沙酮门诊中的苯丙胺滥用者进行问卷调查。所得数据进行t检验及相关性分析。结果女性滥用者评分分别为MI 54.16±18.89、AI 52.26±12.72、NI 56.07±12.11、总分54.17±11.96,均高于男性滥用者(MI 45.07±17.59、AI 47.92±17.04、NI 55.89±16.65、总分49.63±12.27),且男女间行动冲动(MI)分量表评分差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);滥用时间、剂量、频率、渴求程度等与量表评分没有相关性(P>0.05);第一次发生性行为的年龄与认知冲动分量表评分有关(r=-0.965,P=0.035),使用新型毒品后发生性行为的频率与行动冲动分量表评分有关(r=0.839,P=0.001)。结论美沙酮门诊中苯丙胺滥用者的冲动性人格特点存在性别差异;冲动程度的高低与苯丙胺滥用的严重程度间没有发现相关性;冲动程度与苯丙胺滥用者的某些性行为特征有关。Objective To understand the characteristics of impulsiveness of amphetamine abusers treated with methadone for maintenance therapy in MMT clinic,and to provide a useful guidance for effective intervention. Methods A questionnaire survey was conducted among 118 amphetamine abusers in MMT clinic in Kunming using Barratt Impulsiveness Scale（Barratt Impulsiveness Scale 11 th version,BIS-11）paired with our own self-designed questionnaire form.Data were analyzed by t test and correlation analysis. Results The average scores for MI,AI,NI and total score were 54.16±18.89,52.26±12.72,56.07±12.11 and 54.17±11.96 among female amphetamine abusers,which were all higher compared with male abusers（45.07±17.59,47.92±17.04,55.89±16.65,49.63±12.27）.There was a significant difference of motor impulsiveness（MI）score between female and male abusers（P〈0.05）.Meanwhile,there were no obvious correlations between the score of scale and the median duration of ATS abuse,dosage and frequency of abuse.However,the scores of attentional impulsiveness（AI）and motor impulsiveness were correlated with the initial sexual intercourse and the frequency of sexual activity after ATS abuse. Conclusions There is gender difference in terms of the characteristics of impulsiveness among amphetamine abusers.The intensity of impulsiveness is not related to the severity of drug abuse but to some sexual behaviors.
