地衣芽孢杆菌联合莫沙必利治疗功能性便秘疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:观察地芽孢杆菌联合莫沙必利治疗功能性便秘的临床疗效。方法:选择我院自2012年4月～2014年2月门诊治疗的86例功能性便秘患者,随机分成治疗组46例与对照组40例。治疗组予地衣芽孢杆菌胶囊0.5 g+莫沙必利5 mg,3次/d;对照组予果导片0.1 g,2次/d,治疗时间均为4周;观察两组治疗总有效率、不良反应发生率及治疗后复发率。结果:在总有效率方面,治疗组91.3%优于对照组65.0%,差异有统计学意义,P<0.05;在不良反应发生率方面,治疗组2.2%低于对照组17.5%,差异有统计学意义,P<0.05;在停药后复发率方面,治疗组23.8%低于对照组80.8%,差异有统计学意义,P<0.05。结论:地衣芽孢杆菌联合莫沙必利治疗功能性便秘疗效高、不良反应低、复发率低,值得临床推广。Objective： To observe the clinical effect of bacillus licheniformis and mosapride in treating functional constipation. Method： From April 2012 to February 2014, 86 patients with fimctional constipation in our hospital were randomly divided into treatment group （46 cases） and control group （40 cases）. Patients in the treatment group were given Bacillus licheniformis capsule （0.5 g, tid） plus mosapride （5 rag, tid） for 4 weeks. Patients in the control group were given phenolpthalein tablets （0.1 g, bid）, also 4 weeks. The total effective rates, adverse reaction rates and relapse rates of both groups were observed. Results： The total effective rate of the treatment group was 91.3%, and that of the control group was 65.0%. The adverse reaction rate of the treatment group stood 2.2%, and that of the control group was 17.5%. The relapse rate of the treatment group declined to 23.8%, and that of the control group stood 80.8%. By comparison, there were significance difference between two groups （P〈 0.05）. Conclusion： Bacillus licheniformis and mosapride is better than phenolpthalein tablets in treating functional constipation, as they have higher effective rates, lower adverse reaction rates and lower relapse rates.
