摘　　要：目的:探讨军队医院医保业务信息化和医保管理信息化的建设与应用。方法:通过调用医保中心提供的接口和动态库函数,将医保相关信息嵌入到HIS的业务系统中,并对业务系统产生的业务信息进行数据挖掘、分析和整理,形成管理信息。结果:搭建了高效、科学、全面的医保综合信息平台,提高了工作效率和医保管理科学化水平。结论:系统在控制过度医疗、医保支出等方面提供了科学管理和决策依据。Objective： To discuss medical insurance business informationalization and medical insurance management informationalization construction and application. Methods： Through call dynamic library function and interface provided by medical insurance center, medical insurance related information will be embedded into HIS,and business information generated by business systems conduct data mining, analysis and consolidation, form management information. Results： Build an efficient, scientific and comprehensive health care integrated information platform, improve the efficiency of work and improve scientific level of medical insurance management. Conclusion： The system provides scientific management and basis for decision making to control over health care and medical insurance costs and so on.
