摘　　要：目的：探讨食营静脉瘤患者行套扎术治疗疗效、并发症及风险方法：收集我院2009年1月-2013年6月食营静脉瘤患者共计62例，其中男性36例，女性26例；年龄27—66岁，平均年龄41岁，所有患者均经胃镜检查确诊，单发性患者29例，多发性患者33例，均采用wilson—cook公司的套扎器行套扎术，单发者行单发套扎，多发者行多发套扎。术后6—12月复查胃镜。结果：单发性食管静脉瘤患者无一例发生术后出血，多发性食管静脉瘤患者1例（占1．6％）发生出血，出血时间发生在术后第8天，患者解黑大便2次，血红蛋白浓度最低时为102g／1；6例（占9．7％）患者术后诉胸骨后隐痛不适，但均能忍受，症状均在2—4甘后消失。无一例患者发生术中出血、穿孔、反流、吸入性肺炎等，术后6—12月复查胃镜，均恢复蔑好，无复发、瘢痕狭窄等。结论：套扎术治疗食管静脉瘤不失为一种安全、有效、风险小的方法，值得临床推广应用。Objective： To investigate the effect, the side effect and the risk of Esophaged varices ligation treatment. Means： Collecting 62 cases of patients in total !rom January 2009 to June 2013 in our hospital with 36 male patients and 26 female patients respectively. The patients were between 27 years old to 66 years old with the average age 41. All the patients were examined and diagnosed through gastroscopy. There were 29 solitary eases and 33 multiple cases. All of them were receiving the ligation ：reatment of the equipments provided by Wilson--Cook （COOK MEDICAL INC. ）. Solitary eases were using single ligation and multiple cases were receiving multiple liga- ion. Six months after the treatment we rechecked the patients through gastroseopy. Consequence： None of the solitary cases were observed postoperative bleeding while muliple case were showing this symptom （1.6 %）. This happened eight days after the treatment. The patient was having black stool 2 times a day and the minimum hemoglobin ：oneentrations was 102g/l;Six patients were having retrosternal pain after operations but it was acceptable. This symptom disappeared 2-4 days after operation. None of the patients were having surgical bleeding, perforating, flowing back or aspiration pneumonia. Reviewed 6-12 months after operation, we found all the patients recovered well. There was no recurrence and cicatrieial stricture of esophagus. Conelusion ： The ligation treatment is one of the safe, effective, and low risk ways to cure the Esophaged varies, and we believe it is worth trying on clinical application.
