摘  要:在对加碘食盐进行碘含量检测的过程中发现,同一样品由不同的检验员进行检测,检测结果偏差很大,甚至同一检验员在试验条件一致的情况下,检验结果也超出了标准规定的偏差范围。由此造成了检验结果对生产缺乏指导性,严重时直接导致合格产品被误判为不合格,不合格产品反而被判合格。本文通过进行系列试验,查找其产生偏差的主要原因,最终找到了影响食盐中碘含量检测结果准确性的主要因素,并针对关键原因提出了相应的改进措施,对更好的指导生产,确保碘盐质量具有重要意义。In the process of testing the iodine content in the edible salt, we found the same samples are detected by different examiners, the test result differs greatly and even the same examiner in the same test condition may get the test results which are beyond the scope of standard deviation. Due to this, the test results are lack of guidance to the production and even may cause the qualified products are misjudged as unqualified ones. This paper seeks the causes of the deviation and finally finds out the main factors that effects the accuracy of iodine content test results through series of experiments. Aiming at the key cause, this paper proposes related improving measures which are of great significance for guiding the production better and guarantee the quality of iodized salt.
