摘 要:阿尔茨海默病是一种可导致记忆减退、认知功能障碍等症状的神经退行性疾病。研究显示,阿尔茨海默病与β-淀粉样蛋白的过量产生和聚集密切相关,而β-分泌酶是催化β-淀粉样蛋白产生的关键酶,抑制β-分泌酶可减少β-淀粉样蛋白在脑中的蓄积,从而延缓阿尔茨海默病的病情发展。近年来,β-分泌酶抑制剂作为一种理想的阿尔茨海默病治疗策略,受到了越来越多的关注。结合汤森路透数据库资源——ThomsonReutersIntegrity和CortellisforCompetitiveIntelligence,对β-分泌酶的机制、相关药物研究进展、适应证、研发机构、交易、专利、文献等情报进行数据层面的分析。Alzheimer disease is a neurodegenerative disease which could cause a gradual loss of memory and cognitive dysfianction. Alzheimer disease has been found to be closely related to over-production and aggregation of β-amyloid, the generation of which is catalyzed by β-secretase (BACE). Inhibition of BACE may reduce β-amyloid burden in the brain and thereby slow the progression of Alzheimer disease. As an ideal therapeutic strategy against Alzheimer disease, the BACE inhibitors have been paid more and more attention recently. The intelligence of BACE, including mechanism, research progress of related drugs, indications, originators, deals, patents and references, have been analyzed by Thomson Reuters Integrity and Cortellis for Competitive Intelligence in this paper.
