摘　　要：从实验室的基础设施建设、人才与团队建设及实验室运行机制、制度建设等方面介绍了吉林大学艾滋病疫苗国家工程实验室的设计与筹建过程、实验室建设的整体思路和设计原则,以及细胞实验室和疫苗研究平台等功能实验室的建设。该实验室建设过程中注意节约资金,合理利用现有资源,打造出一个既具有产学研结合特色,又适合高科技人才培养与发展的,结构科学、布局合理、具备良好科研氛围和动力的疫苗国家工程实验室。This article instroduces the process of design and construction of the national engineering laboratory for AIDS vaccine on the aspects of infrastructure,talent and team construction,operating mechanism,system building,and the whole idea,principle of design,building of function laboratory such as cell-culture laboratory,vaccine research platform,and then,gives some experience on fund saving,reasonable use of resource,which can not only build a characteristic engineering laboratory,and cultivate high-tech talents,but also possess a structure scientific,layout reasonable,and comfortable environment for scientific research.
